“At the saddest time of my life, the day I lost Mum, Simple Send-offs made the unbearable more bearable. On that day, Tom came and took care of my Mum with the upmost respect and care and looked after her until her funeral date.
Liz came to us at home to talk to us about the funeral my Mum wanted. Doing this in the comfort of our home helped make it all less raw and overwhelming. Liz is a caring and lovely lady who was there for us every step of the way, she spoke clearly and set out everything in a simple and easy way to understand. We chose music that meant a lot to us and our requests were all accommodated. My son did the eulogies but Tom also spoke of my Mum capturing the lady she truly was although never meeting her in life.
There we no hidden costs, the service they offer is second to none.
Mum wanted the simple cremation but there was nothing simple or basic about it. The whole funeral was treated with dignity and respect. Both Liz & Tom were there for us through this time and supported us all the way through.
I cannot thank them & their team enough for making such a difficult time easier to bear and appreciate everything they did for us.

“Couldn’t recommend this company enough from the moment I met Liz I felt her sincerity and thoughtfulness. I was very unsure about the simple cremation service as it was extremely reasonable and at first I thought I was letting my Mum down somehow…. how wrong I was.
